Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once opened or used.
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nrichskin.com.au with your order number and photos.
We will happily arrange a replacement or solution.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
